The benefits of slow, mindful yoga are gained with an ongoing practice. Four weeks, 8 classes will give you a good start on seeing those benefits.
8 classes plus recordings for $88
For one price, get two live online sessions per week and unlimited views of the two recordings for a week afterward.
Each practice is unique, and you'll get to experience a range of practices and take the opportunity to do them on your own.
This style of yoga is slow and subtle, and it's recommended that you commit to practicing several times before you decide whether to incorporate it into your wellness practices.

I have advanced certification and am registered with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT500.
I have over 600 hours of additional training, including many courses and programs in yoga for the brain and nervous system, and specific training in chair yoga for brain and nervous system health.
I have taught yoga for over 10 years and have over 800 hours of teaching experience.
A hallmark of my teaching is that every class is unique, so by taking several classes, you get a variety of well-designed practices.
Classes are designed based on the principles of Viniyoga, which address unique needs of the practitioners and take into account desired shifts in energy.
